
AQUA BASE CAFE
I had the honor of handling the branding design—including concept, catchphrase, loIn Japan’s southernmost mainland town of Minami-Osumi (Kagoshima Prefecture), the Minami-Osumi Town Tourism Association reopened its directly operated Aqua Base Cafe at the entrance to Ogawa Falls (Ogawa-no-taki) in Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park on Friday, July 18, 2025, following a renovation. Guided by the principles of environmental stewardship, partnership with the local community, and creating an inclusive space that welcomes diversity, the café offers a new, sustainability‑first experience.go, symbol mark, emblem, and promotional materials—for Kagoshima United FC's supporter group, ULTRASKAGOSHIMA. The organization is led by the son of my childhood friend, and I was truly impressed by his passionate determination.

PON-TARO
Fujiyasu Jozo Co., Ltd.
We were commissioned by Fujiyasu Brewery Co., Ltd. to redesign “Pontaro,” a ponzu soy sauce product that has been loved since 1987. In order to ensure that long-time customers would continue to recognize the renewed “Pontaro,” we retained the original product name and adopted the same soft purple key color used in the existing packaging. While minimizing any disconnect from the previous design, we aimed to create a more refined and fresh visual impact by combining a sense of timeless authenticity with elegance.
